This month's Dream Club yarn is dyed a heathery blue, green and bronze color. Until you see it in person it's hard to describe how rich and stunning it looks! The pattern (complimentary with purchase of this yarn) is a lovely men's scarf, named OPA!. The designer first knit it for the owner of her favorite Greek restaurant. The yarn base is their Smooshy with Cashmere.
We only receive 10 skeins, so hurry in!

Tangled Purls is excited to offer the new "Feed Your Creativity" program created by Kollage Yarns!

This 10 month program features 10 classes, 10 fibers, 10 patterns, 10 techniques for small knitted projects designed to enhance and expand your knitting skills.

Each $35 kit includes a unique, luxury yarn and pattern, a monthly Saturday “Cast On” session, ongoing support, and more.

Kits arrive a few days before each monthly “Cast-On” session. We will announce their availability here on our website and on our Facebook page. Since space is limited to 10 kits, register at the shop as soon as possible to secure your space and select a color.

Bonus! When your bring in your previous month's finished FYC object for "show and tell", you will get $2 off your next month’s kit!

One of the great things about this program is that it features yarns that we do not yet carry. What a great way to try out something new and help us decide on new product for Tangled Purls!

Just a reminder for those who aren't on Ravelry, the Aran Knitting KAL starts this coming Monday, November 1st. Folks are choosing a design they like from the book, buying the yarn at the shop (we are offering a 10% discount for the KAL supplies), and we will be converting the patterns to be knit in one piece from the top down. Some of the advantages to knitting a sweater this way are being able to try the sweater on as you work to get the fit correct, no seams to sew up after the knitting is done, and the excitement of watching the sweater take shape as you work. Come join the fun and friendship as we work on our projects at our Knit Night on Thursdays . The Northwest Needle Market in Tukwila this past weekend was a fun experience! We took some classes (Jogless Stripes, Fair Isle, and Artfelt), meet many nice vendors, and petted so many different yarns! We did some shopping, so you will see some new items introduced to the shop over the next week.
